SATURDAY QUICK TIPS: 

  • *NEW in 2026* The Special Topics Class is now optional and has been moved to Saturday during lunch. This class is available to all attendees and is included with registration. 
  • Awards for the Scholarship Class will be given after the Invitational Concert. A 15 minute pause will happen between the Invitational Performance and Awards for audience turnover.  
  • Due to limited seating in Crowder Hall, The Invitational Concert is limited to Arizona Jazz Dance Showcase participants and observers only.
  • Performers in the invitational concert will not be allowed to hold a seat in the audience.
  • The only way to guarantee admission to the Invitational Concert and the Jazz in Az concert on Friday will be through the purchase of registration to the event or an observer’s pass (subject to availability).
