Requirements
- The maximum length for each piece is 3 minutes.
- You must fill out the Online Form for each piece you submit.
Restrictions

The number of performers in the video footage must be the same as the number performing in the Invitational Concert.

Choreography and costumes submitted for consideration must be the same choreography and costumes worn in the Invitational Concert.
Solo Submissions
Please Note
- Very few solos are accepted
- Solos must show excellence in technique and artistry to be considered for this performance
- Maximum Solo Length: 2.5 minutes
Online Submissions Only
We accept a YouTube or Vimeo link.
YouTube Directions
- Create YouTube Account by clicking on “Sign In” and follow directions
- Upload your dance video by dragging into the box
- Click on the drop down menu and click “Unlisted” so video remains semi-private
- In the description box be sure to state the following: “I do not own this song, it belongs to its rightful owners. No copyright infringement intended” so that the video does not get flagged and/or removed via YouTube
- Once dance video is uploaded, copy and paste the URL into the AJDS Invitational application
Vimeo Directions
- Create Vimeo account by signing in and following directions
- Upload your dance video by clicking UPLOAD A VIDEO
- Choose your privacy settings in the drop down menu (if set to ‘private’ make sure to also send the password)
- If video is not private, In the description box be sure to state the following: “I do not own this song, it belongs to its rightful owners. No copyright infringement intended” so that the video does not get flagged and/or removed via Vimeo
- Once dance video is uploaded, copy and paste the URL into the AJDS Invitational application
